1. The Service
Moveo is a peer-to-peer delivery marketplace operating in the EU. Moveo connects senders with independent drivers; Moveo is not a party to the delivery agreement and is not the carrier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts to use Moveo.
3. Driver verification
Drivers must complete identity, driving licence, background and vehicle document checks before accepting jobs. Approval is at Moveo's sole discretion.
4. Payments, fees and refunds
Senders pay upfront via Stripe. Moveo holds funds in escrow and releases the driver payout only after the sender confirms delivery. Cancellations of unstarted deliveries are refunded automatically. Disputes after pickup are resolved case-by-case; contact support@moveodelivery.com.
5. Prohibited items
No illegal goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, perishables requiring refrigeration, or items over the vehicle's stated capacity.
6. Insurance & liability
Drivers use their own vehicles and are responsible for appropriate insurance. Moveo's aggregate liability is limited to the platform fee paid for the affected delivery.
7. Account termination
Moveo may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose a safety risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Helsinki.
