Driver Verification Process

Senders post deliveries on the Moveo marketplace. Only verified drivers who are already travelling the requested route can accept them. Verification confirms driver identity and suitability before any match occurs.

This step limits participation to approved individuals. Senders see verified status when reviewing route options.

Escrow Payment Flow

The sender pays the full amount into escrow before the driver collects the parcel. Funds remain held until the sender confirms receipt.

Once confirmation is received, the driver is paid 70 percent of the price. The platform retains the 30 percent commission shown at posting.

The minimum price is nine euros and charges are calculated by distance.

Handling Disputes

If a parcel is not delivered as agreed, the sender can raise a dispute through the platform. Escrow funds stay protected during review.

Both parties provide details of the route and condition of the item. Resolution follows the documented delivery terms.
