Escrow Protections and Dispute Resolution for Community Matches

Escrow Holding Mechanism

Senders place payment into escrow at the time of posting. Funds stay secured until the sender confirms receipt of the parcel. Drivers receive their 70 percent share only after this confirmation. The 30 percent commission is shown separately on the initial quote.

Verification Before Matching

Only verified drivers appear in search results for available routes. Senders check verification status alongside the distance-based price and €9 minimum. This reduces risk before any parcel changes hands.

Dispute Evidence Requirements

If issues arise, the platform requires documented evidence from sender and driver. Escrow funds remain untouched during review. Resolution follows review of the submitted details and match records.

Sender Confirmation Process

After the driver delivers the parcel, the sender inspects it and confirms via the platform. This step triggers release of the 70 percent to the driver. No payout occurs without this confirmation.

Driver Responsibilities in Matches

Drivers follow the route already planned and carry only the posted parcel. They update status through the platform. After confirmation, they receive payment according to the 70/30 model.

Small Business Applications

Small businesses post multiple parcels using the same verification and escrow steps. Distance-based pricing allows planning without fixed contracts. All commission details remain transparent throughout.

Route Sharing Basics

Parcels move with drivers on existing journeys rather than dedicated trips. Verification applies equally to every match. Escrow protects the transaction until sender confirmation completes the process.
