Same-Day Delivery for Small Businesses Using Existing Routes

Posting a Delivery Without Contracts

Small businesses post a parcel request directly on the platform. No long-term logistics agreement is needed. The system matches the request to drivers already covering that route.

Same-Day Matches on Distance-Based Pricing

Fees are calculated by distance with a €9 minimum. Businesses see the full cost upfront including the transparent 30 percent platform share. Payment goes into escrow at posting.

Benefits for Businesses Without Dedicated Vans

Using existing travel reduces the need to arrange separate transport. Drivers collect from the business address and deliver along their planned journey. Confirmation of receipt releases 70 percent to the driver.

Steps for Posting a Same-Day Request

• Enter pickup location, drop-off address and parcel size.
• Set the required time window for same-day travel.
• Review matched drivers and their verified status.
• Complete escrow payment to secure the match.

What Drivers See and Do

Drivers view requests that fit their current route. They accept only if the timing aligns with their existing plans. After collection they update progress until the sender confirms delivery.

Managing Timing and Confirmation

Both parties agree on collection and delivery windows before the journey starts. The sender confirms receipt once the parcel arrives. This step completes the transaction and releases funds from escrow.

Practical Considerations for Frequent Use

Businesses can post multiple requests as needed without fixed schedules. Each match remains independent and distance-priced. The escrow process stays the same for every delivery.

These methods allow small businesses to move parcels on the same day using travel already happening.
