Driver Verification Process

Only verified drivers can accept posted deliveries. Verification confirms identity and vehicle details before any match occurs. Senders see the driver profile, including verification status, when reviewing route matches.

This step reduces unknown parties in the transaction. Senders should still review the driver history shown in the app before confirming a match.

Upfront Escrow Payment

The sender pays the full amount into escrow when posting or accepting a match. The platform holds the funds until the sender confirms delivery. Distance-based pricing and the €9 minimum are displayed clearly before payment.

Escrow protects both sides. The driver does not receive funds until the sender marks the parcel received. The 30 % platform commission remains visible throughout.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the driver completes the route and hands over the parcel, the sender checks condition and confirms in the app. Confirmation releases 70 % to the driver. The remaining 30 % stays with the platform.

If the parcel arrives damaged or missing, the sender should not confirm and should open a dispute instead.

Raising and Resolving Disputes

Disputes are opened through the platform messaging system. Both parties provide evidence such as photographs taken at handover and at receipt. The platform reviews the timeline, verification records and any messages exchanged.

Outcomes may include full or partial refund to the sender or release of funds to the driver depending on the evidence. The process remains within the platform; direct contact outside the app is not required.
