Placing Funds in Escrow

When a sender accepts a driver offer, the full price is transferred into escrow before the parcel changes hands. The minimum price is €9 and rises with distance. The 30 percent platform commission is displayed at this stage so both parties know the split in advance.

Escrow holds the sender's payment until delivery confirmation. Drivers do not receive funds until the sender marks the parcel as received.

Managing Disputes

If a parcel arrives damaged or late, the sender can open a dispute through the platform. Evidence such as photos or timestamps is uploaded by both sides. The platform reviews the evidence against the original route and timing details.

Resolution may result in a partial or full refund from escrow. Drivers receive the 70 percent share only after the dispute is closed in their favour. Senders receive clear updates on each step of the review.
